The Lishi-Xixian expressway project is an important part of the national highway planning network 2013 G59 Huhhot to Beihai highway, and it is also an important section of Shanxi expressway network “3 vertical 12 horizontal 12 ring” . The project has a total length of about 83 kilometers with an estimated investment of 10.49 billion CNY. The whole line is designed according to the two-way four-lane expressway standard with a design speed of 80 km/h.
Recently, two FYG HZS180 modular concrete mixing plants (with conveyor loading) sent to Baoding, Hebei Province, have been successfully installed and commissioned under the joint efforts of service engineers and customers, and are participating in the construction of the expressway from Lishi to Xixian.
FYG’s modular concrete mixing plants are designed for minimum space requirement and large quantities of concrete production performance, durable container modules enable economical transportation, minimum time and operations of erection and disassembling, robust structure reduces the requirement of foundation, leading to economical plant relocations, plant fully enclosed and protected from harsh environment, also low noise and dust emission.
