FYG HZS120D modular mixing plants support the construction of the Sichuan-Tibet railway

Multiple FYG HZS120D modular container-design mixing plants have been commissioned in Luding, Sichuan Province, to support the construction of the Sichuan-Tibet railway . The Sichuan-Tibet railway starts in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, and ends in Lhasa.  The operating length of the whole line is 1,838 km, the length of the new main line is 1,738 km, and the total length of the bridge and tunnel is 1,413 km, accounting for 81% of the total length of the line. The project investment is estimated to be about 216.6 billion yuan. As a major route into Tibet, the Sichuan-Tibet railway has a designed speed of 200 kilometers per hour and a speed limit of 160 kilometers per hour for some sections. When completed, it will take only 13 hours by train from Chengdu to Lhasa.

FYG’s modular concrete mixing plants are designed for minimum space requirement and large quantities of concrete production performance, durable container modules enable economical transportation, minimum time and operations of erection and disassembling, robust structure reduces the requirement of foundation, leading to economical plant relocations, plant fully enclosed and protected from harsh environment, also low noise and dust emission.
