FYG HZS120 modular mixing plants support the construction of the Tian’e-Bama high-speed railway

March 15, 2021 Six FYG HZS120 modular container-design mixing plants have been commissioned in Hechi, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, to support the construction of the Tian’e -Bama high-speed railway. The project starts in Tian’e city and ends at Bama town . The main line of the project is 107.8 km long, with 6 connecting lines. The line is built to the standard of a two way, six lane highway, with a 33.5 meter wide and a designed speed of 100 km/h. There are 85 bridges, 53 tunnels, 8 interchanges, 7 on-ramp toll stations, 3 service areas and 1 parking area. The total investment of the project is estimated at 28.45 billion yuan.

FYG’s modular concrete mixing plants are designed for minimum space requirement and large quantities of concrete production performance, durable container modules enable economical transportation, minimum time and operations of erection and disassembling, robust structure reduces the requirement of foundation, leading to economical plant relocations, plant fully enclosed and protected from harsh environment, also low noise and dust emission.
